We collect the contact details, equipment information and files you choose to submit so our team can review and respond to your request. Documents are stored privately and are not marketplace listings. If AI assessment is enabled, equipment photos and relevant equipment details may be processed by OpenAI. When staff confirms document processing, submitted documents may also be sent to OpenAI to assess completeness; this does not establish authenticity or legal sufficiency. Website chat messages are sent to OpenAI after your agreement. Text conversations are stored privately for follow-up. When buying or selling interest is detected, the owner may receive the conversation, contact information you provided and a preliminary assessment through a private Telegram bot. These records remain until staff deletion; contact us to request deletion. Telegram copies are managed separately. If our WhatsApp AI service is enabled, incoming messages are processed through Meta and OpenAI to answer equipment questions; do not send sensitive documents in chat. WhatsApp message records are retained for up to 30 days by the configured processing worker. AI outputs require human confirmation. Optional analytics are disabled until you consent. Request access, correction or deletion by contacting the company using the published contact details. Retention periods, processing locations, lawful bases and service providers must be confirmed before launch.
